Veronica’s story

I’ve always seen the competitive advantage of doing things differently. Whether it was figuring out how to abseil down the front of my house as a child, valedictorian of my high school, or advising for Google where I ran an international innovative tax restructuring project, I’ve achieved excellence through disruption, innovation and high performance.

After breaking my back in a near-death accident left me unable to walk at the age of 23, I realised that I needed the ultimate edge: to master my mind. To cope with the demands of having an overnight physical disability, I began to study the strategies and formulas that separated the good and great from the extraordinary.

Mastering high-performance and mindset technologies was the inflection point in my life. I went from having no confidence, no energy, no great physical health and no emotional mastery to teaching myself how to walk again, losing 30 kilos (66 pounds) and completing the notorious 3.3km Shark Island Ocean race in Sydney, where I still train in the ocean everyday.

My love for doing things different permeated through to my professional life: I was a policy and technology law advisor for disruptive and innovative firms like Google and Baker McKenzie, the largest global law firm. My approach helped Fortune 500 companies and emerging tech giants remain competitive or disrupt the market.

In short, I became unstoppable professionally and personally. My back inspired my lifelong mission and ‘why’: to turn obstacles into opportunities for greatness for everyone.

I’ve combined my unique professional experience in the world of corporate advisory with my training from the best in the world in high-performance technologies to develop The Self MBA program. With this, I empower organisations and individuals to achieve unrivalled levels of excellence as a leadership, strategic and high performance coach.

I know that all high performers need support to disrupt the world.

I believe you and your organisation deserve the best.

All greats do different.
All greats disrupt their mind.
All greats have extraordinary.
All greats have coaches.

Let's make your life extraordinary,

Veronica
